Once you have Jenkins up, it is safe to go ahead and deploy our test pipeline, which will deploy a pod template with our necessary build containers, and print some text.
- Log in to Jenkins
cd examples
in this page's directory.cat Jenkinsfile.test
- Copy the contents to your clipboard.
- Click
New Item
, call ittest
, selectPipeline
and clickOk
. - Scroll to the bottom, you'll find the
Pipeline
section, where you can pasteJenkinsfile.test
and clickSave
. - Click our job
test
and then on the left, clickBuild Now
. - Click on the build that is at the top of
Build History
on the left. - Click Console Output
