In Fiddler goto Rules->Customize Rules, find "static function OnBeforeResponse(oSession: Session)" and
add the snippet below the existing code:
if (oSession.PathAndQuery.Contains("WebTicket/WebTicketService.svc"))
{
if (oSession.responseCode == 200)
{
var value = System.Text.Encoding.UTF8.GetString(oSession.ResponseBody);
// Replace all instances of the expires tag with 6 minutes from current.
// you can scope it as much as you like by leveraging https://regexr.com/
var oRegEx = /(<Expires).*>.*</Expires>/g;
var newExpiresDate = DateTime.UtcNow.AddMinutes(6);
// In this case the original Expires time was in ISO format hence this was needed.
var newExpiresDateStr = newExpiresDate.ToString("o");
var newExpires = "<Expires xmlns=\x22http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-utility-1.0.xsd\x22>"+newExpiresDateStr+"</Expires>"
value = value.replace(oRegEx, newExpires);
// This is good practice so you can identify the modified responses quickly in Fiddler.
oSession.oResponse.headers.Add("Response-Modified-By", "FiddlerCustomRule");
// In this case there were two expires tag so modifying the other one as well
var oRegExCert = /<Lifetime><u:Created>.*</u:Created><u:Expires>.*</u:Expires></Lifetime>/g;
var newExpiresCert = "<Lifetime><u:Created>" + DateTime.UtcNow.ToString("o") + "</u:Created><u:Expires>" + newExpiresDateStr + "</u:Expires></Lifetime>";
value = value.replace(oRegExCert, newExpiresCert);
oSession.ResponseBody = System.Text.Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(value);
}
}
