Automatically collapse endnotes if sections are collapsed

Feature Description

When using the option “Collapse sections within front matter, chapters, and back matter”, it would be great to have an option that would automatically create an h1 section (or similar) titled “Endnotes”, containing the endnotes, and also collapsed by default.

Feature Use Case

The option to “Collapse sections within front matter, chapters, and back matter” is great. However, the endnotes do not collapse, which looks somewhat strange:

Anyone using endnotes and collapsible sections would welcome this option.
