Feature Description

As a user I would like to be able to set the title for an individual chapter to dir=rtl even when the book is set to left to right.

Feature Use Case

Certain language learning books contain chapters in different languages. For instance, a book to learn Persian for English speakers may contain chapters in English, but also chapters in Persian. For a book that is set to English and left-to-right, when a chapter title is in Persian, the user would like to be able to set that chapter title to read from right to left.
