Change the "Delete book" link from within a Pressbooks title to "Deactivate book," and change the message that users see when using this link to clarify that only a network administrator can recover or delete the book.
Feature Use Case
If a network administrator who is also an author in the book deletes from within the book, they are presented with a message that implies that the book will be irrecoverable once the network admin confirms the deletion ("If you do not want to use your LOUIS Pressbooks: Open Educational Resources from the Louisiana Library Network book any more, you can delete it using the form below. When you click Delete My Book Permanently you will be sent an email with a link in it. Click on this link to delete your book. Remember, once deleted, your book cannot be restored. I'm sure I want to permanently delete my site, and I am aware I can never get it back or use ___ again"). A network admin must then click a link in an email to "delete" the book. The network admin then gets a message that further implies the book is being deleted ("Thank you for using LOUIS Pressbooks: Open Educational Resources from the Louisiana Library Network, your site has been deleted. Happy trails to you until we meet again"). However, the network admin still has to go into the Book List to fully delete the book. There, there are links both to Delete and to Deactivate. If the Deactivate option is the same as what happens when a user clicks "Delete book" from within the book, it makes sense to me to use the same language for the same action regardless of which user role you have. This would also clarify for non-network admin authors what is happening and what their options are for either reinstating or fully deleting deactivated books.
