Add a "default target" option to field settings? #90

Would it be possible to add a "default target" option to field settings if a field has Show option to open link in new window enabled? I'd find it very helpful to have the default target option for some fields to be "blank" and for others to be "self".

Also, just wanted to say how much I love this plugin! It's so useful; thanks for building it!
