Linkit fields get marked as modified

Hi there

We are seeing the behaviour that some linkit fields within entries get marked as modified without any changes to them. In our current case this affects linkit field nested in a matrix field, which are empty/haven't been assigned a link type. Not sure if this is a broader problem and affects other situations.

This triggers when there are changes to other fields within the entry.
