Adding all participants to the mailing list, not only buyer

Right now the plugin seems to be focused on buyers of a ticket. Only there is a field to ask for the maillinglist.

The participants (can be multiple participants per buy) aren't asked, which would be useful. (Screenshot shows my own question, which is not created with the newsletter-ml plugin).

@MEschenbacher Are you able to add this feature request? :)

I guess this is by design and a good choice. Of course no one should get a newsletter, when they didn't decide it.
