🛠️ 만들고자 하는 기능

알림 페이지 구현

📝 구현 내용

헤더(C_1)에서 알림 아이콘 클릭 시 알림 페이지로 이동하도록 구현
공통 헤더(C_1)와 하단 바(C_7) 대신 하위 페이지 헤더(C_9)를 사용
전체, 메이트, 굿즈, 일반 채팅으로 알림 필터링 기능 추가
최근 15일(미정) 내의 알림을 가져와 렌더링
알림 클릭 시 해당 기능의 페이지로 이동
읽지 않은 알림을 빨간색 원으로 표시
알림을 최신순으로 정렬하며, 시간은 상대시간으로 표시

🌱 나누고 싶은점

"15일 내의 알림" 기준에 대한 논의 필요 (15일로 확정할지 여부)
