Generate indoor arrangement based on a given floor plan

The current production pipeline in Infinigen is to generate a scene graph first, then the contour and meshes of the floor plan. I am wondering how can I do a reverse implementation, first importing a given floorplan to generate contour, then the scene graph and the interior arrangement.
Can you give me some suggestion on how can I modify the framework to realize it? Thank you.
