Необходимо создать пайплайн загрузки данных из таблицы DM.User.unionmember_diff в Userdata API с помощью PATCH запросов.

По факту необходимо посылать запросы (библиотека requests) на микросервис юзердаты, передавая все данные из таблицы unionmember_diff
