Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Given a central command and control (CnC) OCI dist-spec registry, one or more zot instances can connect to this central registry and receive commands/configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like

Design and implement:

  1. How will the CnC be reachable?
  2. mutual AuthN/AuthZ
  3. command/config APIs needed?
