manifest.xml合并报错

报错：
Manifest merger failed : Attribute application@label value=(lib) from AndroidManifest.xml:11:5-24
is also present at [com.github.promeg:tinypinyin-lexicons-android-cncity:2.0.3] AndroidManifest.xml:11:18-50 value=(@string/app_name).
Suggestion: add 'tools:replace="android:label"' to element at AndroidManifest.xml:7:1-16:15 to override.
按上述方法添加后，报错仍然存在。是否可以将库中的该项配置去掉。
