[prometheus] Prometheus kube metrics installation #5047

You can perform a namespaced installation as well. However, at the moment one still needs to give a cluster role which the chart will create a role binding for in the release namespace (the chart does not currently create a role in this scenario). Please, see the following fields: server:

Describe the bug a clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Prometheus kube metrics installation fails due to cluster admin privileges. We dont have cluster admin privileges here, How can we deploy as a namespace admin.
