JOSS papers about already included packages

Carbonr is already on the main list. Should we add https://joss.theoj.org/papers/10.21105/joss.06932 to papers.md, too?

Thanks @RichardLitt The paper.md was created automatically via Ecosyste.ms. @andrew extracts the paper from the README using regular expressions, I guess, or some other way to parse the URLs. There is no API for this service yet, but we should consider creating a spreadsheet that automatically maps papers to open source projects, similar to what we currently do with projects and organisations in Grist. It would be cool to know the paper cited the most in this open source space :).

Here's the code I used to generate papers.md, we can potentially turn it into a github action that runs on a regular basis: https://github.com/ecosyste-ms/ost/blob/main/lib/tasks/papers.rake

carbonr doesn't mention the joss paper in it's readme, but maybe we should start indexing joss papers to be able to double check for those references?

Both a GitHub Action and a JOSS-checker makes sense to me. :)
