Describe the enhancement

Currently during the tool offset calibration, when it fails, it shows a message about "the" nozzle not being fully clean. However, given it takes 14+ minutes, I'm not standing there watching, so I doesn't know which it is referring to!

Example: There is an error message that says it couldn't fully find the pin, and that I should clean the nozzle.

Enhancement: Any error messages relating to tool offset calibration should include the nozzle/toolhead it is referring to.

Expected functionality

When an error message occurs during tool offset, then it would include the referring toolhead number.

Then I would know exactly which toolhead to clean!
