Describe the bug

Printer is ramming/stamping at the beginning and the end of the purge line and also before each layer change, resulting in filament blobs.
I made 2 videos for comparison. Both running with the same gcode:

Printing with Firmware 6.2.0: linka

Printing wiht Firmware 6.1.3: linkb

How to reproduce

Flash to previous firmware 6.1.3 fixed the issue. Flash back to 6.2.0 the bug exists again.
