Are you still considering this?
The PR at F-Droid is about to expire in 2 weeks due to inactivity.
It seems to me that only a link for the Changelog needs to be added to Metadata and they ask for an answer if you could apply fastlane structure (which is not mandatory as it seems to me).

It would be great to see this in F-Droid! :) Thanks for your work.

At least it's available in the IzzyOnAndroid repo for now until Peter decides to officially support the main F-Droid repo.

Someone just needs to shepherd the pr through f-droid's process. That person doesn't need to be me.

Basically somebody needs to follow this doc https://gitlab.com/-/snippets/1895688 to create PR that adds fastlane/ dir to this repo with metadata needed for F-Droid.
