Delete Cron Job After Performing its Operation

Can we automatically delete a cron job by passing a certain keyword from the server to cron job api after it has successfully run?

For instance, when a cron job hit my server and it has fully perform its operation, I wish I can send immediately delete the cron job on that single call.
