Expected behavior

The images on the help page display

Actual behavior

The browser displays a broken image icon, and there is no alt text.

Steps to replicate

Log in to approvals
Go to https://approvals.princeton.edu/help
Look at the images under the heading "Create a Travel Request"

Impact of this bug

Users don't get a visual version of the information in the procedures.

Implementation notes, if any

We should also add alt text to these images, since they don't have any.
