DPUL shouldn't have database authentication or user invitations. There may be something we need to disable.

To replicate:
Add an external email address as a user in a collection's configuration.
If that user hits the "invitation instructions" link, the site errors.

@kelea99 have you heard people have this issue? Can you give any more context?
