Autocomplete for creators

When we enter creators for a work we should provide an autocomplete feature as the user enter the first name or last name:

We should try to use the same autocomplete plug-in as the one we used in TigerData

The list of possible contributors should live in a table local to PDC Describe. We'll have a separate ticket to populate this table with the appropriate and keep it updated it.

We might add this functionality for contributors and funders at a later stage.
