Expected behavior

Edit screens should display a manner that is easy to use and populate.

Impact of this bug

The sites work but they don't look good. The abstract field on the paper form is particularly bad.

Acceptance criteria

Series edit screen looks reasonable
Paper edit screen looks reasonable

Implementation notes, if any

I think this was a regression after the LUX upgrade.
