Issue details

As announced in Sept 2024 and as documented, ESC Environments now support webhooks 🎉.

It would be great for this provider to support this new capability.

This is already supported in the Webhook resource: https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/pulumiservice/api-docs/webhook/#webhookgroup

I think we can do a better job of updating the documentation to reflect that.
