Allow setting CLI password for an OIDC user

There doesn't seem to be any example or any way to set the CLI password for an OIDC user.
The password one can set programmatically is only for the UI as far as I can tell.
The password to connect to harbor via docker commands is automatically generated.

There should be some way to set it programmatically so that it can be used within CICD pipelines.
