Allow learners to create and share learning paths

This may be a completely separate project from this site.

so, basically pick available tutorials and create a little course based on their understanding of how it works. or publish your own curated learning paths (and prevent users flooding the site with unmanageable content)

in it's most basic form, a learning path is just a playlist.

learning path would definitely have individual chord tutorials, chord-shifting, strumming patterns, other tricks.
maybe not interleave that content with songs though
