Wenn ein Openshift-Deployment redundant (also mit 2 oder mehr Replicas) skaliert ist, hat ein Pod einen fehlerhaften Zustand. Rails verhindert, dass parallel migriert wird, jedoch wäre es IMHO besser, wenn bleib bereits geduldig "bleibt", bis die Migration des anderen Pod durchgelaufen ist.
