Broken Functionality on Windows 10 for Some Users

Hello, my small company uses this tool to help with routine data entry. Some of my coworkers are experiencing major issues with this tool that is making it unusable. She states "After jumping through several hoops my text expander is... worse? It's being so rude today - it'll expand fully and just... retract back into the shortcut as quickly as it expanded and often shoots me to the end of my note in the process (which is fine if I'm already at the end of my note... not in all other situations). I've uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome even? I noticed someone chimed in a little late on my last post about this last time that theirs does this too. It acts this way on both my PC and my laptop, so it's not just one device."

Do you have any other suggestions or advice on troubleshooting methods?

Hey Neal, so sorry about that. TBH I haven't had any time to devote to updating this extension at all. :( Sincere apologies. Could you say where they are doing the data entry? Specific URL / site would help.

No prob! Thanks for replying. She says that it's happening everywhere she uses it, but specifically: facebook, google docs, our internal analyzing system (which uses basic textarea forms), and Slack. She said the only application that will tolerate it is google sheets. I also use it daily and am not experiencing any problems. Oddly enough, she is experiencing it on her desktop and laptop - which leads me to believe it could be something with other extensions or Chrome as she's syncing the browsers.

Hmm so it shouldn't work on Google Docs or Facebook. Sadly, the way they implemented their products doesn't really allow it to work there. :( On your internal analyzing system with basic textareas though, it should work. :o\ Not sure what's going on there. This system isn't available for me to check out, huh?

Ah, well I will let her know that it is not designed to work there. However, the main issue is how it's reacting to the areas where it should be working. Yeah, unfortunately the system isn't accessible by anyone but employees. My next plan is to have her shut off each of her extensions and see if there are any compatibility issues going on.

An aside question since I have you here. This is a fantastic app. I know you don't have the time to upkeep it anymore, so I'm wondering if there is any idea of getting date math in the future? Moment.js supports it according to their site. I'd love to take a shot at it, but I'm only a beginner.
