Sync gh-pages with master #3

Need to sync gh-pages branch with master

Keeping gh-pages and master in sync doing normal pushes is fairly easy. However, keeping them in sync when the changes come from pull requests is a little more cumbersome. I am considering the possible use of travis-ci integration (http://awestruct.org/auto-deploy-to-github-pages/) or just using gh-pages branch and removing master.

Any thoughts? I imagine this problem will go away once/if we move into subtrees.
