Pybricks library pip install not working

So i wanted to install the pybricks and pybricksdev libraries to use it in VScode. I created a virtual environment, i activated it i the terminal but when i want to install the libraries with pip install it shows me an error that seems like it can't get the SSL Certificate ? i dont really know what's happening there. I even tried to download the zip file and install the librarie with pip install pybrick...zip but same error. (Also same thing for pybricksdev)

So i managed to copy pybricks library from the global environment to the isolated one and it works, however i still can't install pybricksdev, neither globally or in the venv, which is necessary to run code. And i need to install it because my mac is too old for pipx

i found it i just had to use vpn because my school is very strict
