What do people think about starting off the year with a social event instead of talks? |
I like the idea of starting 2018 with a social event without talks. Could we find a sponsor/location where we get some drinks? |
Hasn't our new sponsor basically agreed to provide us with just that?

We could go to the bar we have been to after the ETH meetups? Don't really know places in Zurich that would let you reserve a large-ish table :-/ |
I think it is worth asking if they'd also host a meetup that doesn't involve any talks. |
Should we attempt to do this in the current month? |
Let's try to schedule a meetup in January / February:
Should we continue with talks and drinks or should we experiment a bit and try something new?
E.g. Social event, work-alongs, hacky hour, coding dojo...
