Subject: [PATCH] Fixed issue with non-ASCII-characters

non-ASCII-characters (ä,ö,ü,ß,...) had been stripped from files by escapeshellarg(), causing errors within av-plugin while scanning files that contain such characters.
This will fix this situation.
