Discover inactive channels for 30 days

As Sirbot, I would like to detect any channel that has had no new message/conversational activity for N days (where N is 30).

I was working on something like this for our slack, never got around to finishing it. You're welcome to take the base and hook it into your process. Least I can do for using your awesome slackbot framework.
