Sending indications from Docker container fails inconsistently.

There is a similar issue in pywbem with fail after indications sent from container (pywbem/pywbem#3022)
but testing with the example python script against the 0.1.3 OpenPegasus docker container indicates that this fails after hundreds or thousands of indications, not after just a couple indications.

The test_indications end2end test currently passes with a single indication sent but fails inconsistently with multiple indications sent.

This threshold it significantly lower than the threshold for failure when using the example indication script in pywbem/examples. The pywbem issue shows some examples where multiple tests of 1000 indications per test work. Pywbemtools fails after just a few indications are sent.
