Flashing lcd

Finally I managed to modify and compile the firmware and also generating bin file too , with out any error , as on as I upload the bib file to the transmitter the lcd flashing, so it's mean something wrong, any one knows any solution for this , I wold say even of I upload the bin with out ant modification in the files it's do the same thing , I have followed all the instructions but maybe I missed something, if any one can help I would really appreciate that , kind regards
