[BUG] Config.ClassSystem issue

The Bug:

Config.ClassSystem = false - This wont allow you to remove vehicles from house garages
Config.ClassSystem = true - This will allow you to remove vehicles from house garages but then stops Config.SharedGarages = true from working.

To Reproduce
Enable/disable the config settings as shown above and test the house garages and also test if all your vehicles are in that garage or not if Config.SharedGarages = true is True.

Expected behavior
The above config values should not effect one and another these should of course not collide and cause issues like this

• When you last updated: [Around 4 months ago with the Main inventory update]
• Are you using custom resource? which ones? [Yes - Too Many to list but none that effect garages]
• Have you renamed qb- to something custom? [no]
