I wonder if this uses outputs (e.g., pseudo-wavefuntions) from Quantum ESPRESSO (QE) or Vasp? QE bundles with pw2wannier90. I am a beginner on MLWF. Please advice

Use pseudo-wavefunction for initial projection? If so, this should be done inside the pw2wannier90 interface, recently I implemented this in QE https://gitlab.com/QEF/q-e/-/merge_requests/2126
