Cannot precompile QuantumOptics in Jupyter #421

I can use QuantumOptics from the REPL just fine, but when I try to load it in Jupyter Lab, I get the following error:

This doesn't seem to be an issue with QuantumOptics but with the OrdinaryDiffEq dependency:

ERROR: LoadError: Failed to precompile SciMLStructures

The actual error is

ERROR: LoadError: UndefVarError: `has_trivial_array_constructor` not defined

Try updating your packages. If that doesn't work, please raise this issue with OrdinaryDiffEq.
