[Feature Request] Add 0.H release to the stable versions

Title basically.

I know we can get the stable candidate in the experimental options, but it will come a moment when it will be lost from the experimental branch updates.

Or if we can get a date that we can expect the feature is also good if it requires a lot of time to do it.
