Quantopian abandandoned Zipline and left no maintainers in charge, but luckily it was open source on Github.

The most actively maintaned fork of Zipline is Zipline Reloaded by Stefan Jansen:

There are a few new depdency bugs that have crept up in the meantime too, which are easily resolved by pinning the version on some dependencies.
