Dev-UI Pages and Collections Editor (Roq Back-office)

I've been dreaming about it for a while now 💭.

Some kind of fancy backend for Roq in the dev-ui:

• CRUD new posts
• CRUD new pages
• With markdown and asciidoc preview and all..

This would be a great feature for one or more new Roq contributors.
It covers a lot of things and should be really cool to do...

@phillip-kruger and I talked about adding a text editor component for files. maybe add the basics in core-devui and then roq could add devui tiles with preview of asciidoc/etc.

I guess we could also integrate this with AI in dev-ui to help writing articles. @maxandersen wdyt?

It could automatically guess tags and suggest description and stuff like this..
