Mobile footer has sponsored by in wrong position #2162

Our footer, in mobile screen sizes, looks like this:

"Sponsored by" should be above "Red Hat".

I suspect the root cause is using a flex direction of column-reverse. Some sub-divs may be needed to ensure proper flow.

It might be worth aligning the updated footer with what's on http://quarkus.io/extensions/io.quarkus/quarkus-kubernetes/?tab=docs.
