Use two languages for abtract and keywords

Hello, how to add two languages for abstract and keywords in YML? Currently I add it this way, but it is processed as text and does not display well:

A first stage in the Cenomanian where the Bothremydidae appear; a second stage in the late Turonian-Coniacian interval where the Bothremydidae and Podocnemidoidea coexist, and a final stage in the Santonian-Campanian where only the Podocnemidoidea persist and increase the diversity and abundance of morphotypes.

Two abstracts / set of keywords is not something that is supported.
Possible solution:

• use profiles to switch between one and the other: https://quarto.org/docs/projects/profiles.html
• modify the partials/templates (you possibly need a Lua filter as well): https://quarto.org/docs/journals/templates.html (filter: https://quarto.org/docs/extensions/filters.html)

I don't quite understand how to use profiles. Do I need to create a new profile to put Abstract in English and Spanish? The same for Keywords in two languages?

That's how profiles work in order to create several documents changing only a little bit.
