Bluetooth passthrough?

Is there a way to pass bluetooth through from my (MacOS / Windows) guests to my (Linux) host?

I haven't done much with virtualisation, so it's entirely possible this is a silly question, or should be directed towards a Qemu forum. Feel free to express either.
