We should add an action to enforce that we're keeping the bundle size in check, like bundlesize.

There are several example implementations including Bootstrap's: https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/blob/a353ed4b19a6849d021aa23b4bd6395f6bf3c2bb/.github/workflows/bundlewatch.yml
