We want to leave the packages pined at broadly as possible which means we need to setup CI with Matrix builds to test.

What dependencies/platforms should we splitting by?

This should get us started: #88. I'll let you decide what matrix strategy we should be testing and how to inject those into dependencies to build against.

Mainly React versions, and any of our core deps.
