The Speech Signal Processing Toolkit (SPTK) is a software for speech signal
processing tools for UNIX environments. This software is released under the
Modified BSD license. See the COPYING file in the same directory as this file
for the license.
The SPTK has been developed by several members of SPTK Working Group and some
guraduate students in Nagoya Institute of Technology:
