Quartz Crystal Oscillator Examples

Three projects of Crystal oscillator examples. Getting a circuit to oscillate under Spice is difficult enough. Getting a Quartz Crystal based oscillator to work under Spice adds to the difficulty. Presented are BJT based designs and ones using 74HCU04 CMOS inverter.

Finding a 74HCU04 Spice model that worked was another problem. I found 5 component-level models but only 3 worked reliably in my circuit. Most circuits needed a "kick" component to start oscillation.
