Ideal Library Sub-circuits and test circuits

Sub-circuits and test circuits used to create the Qucs-S/ngspice version of Ideal.lib which was originally in Qucs.

The sub-circuit schematics had to be recreated using the netlists inside Ideal.lib. Many had to be redone to work in ngspice.

The test schematics show which devices work in both ngspice and qucsator-rf.

The sub-circuits might be useful for other projects.
