RPM repo is broken

Describe the bug

Cannot install erlang from rocky 8.
The error log:

Expected behavior

The erlang package should be installed.

It is not broken. It's reached its traffic quota for the month, which the README mentions clearly. There was an announcement that this was going to happen posted last week.

The README also tells you how to work around the problem: use the mirrors instead of Cloudsmith directly.
